What is Automated Decision Support?

Automated Decision Support (ADS) is a new tool from the Veterans Benefits Administration that will improve the efficiency of the existing claims process, resulting in faster, more accurate, and consistent decisions for Veterans and their beneficiaries.

The goal for this project was to develop an informational training video about ADS for Veteran Service Officers (VSO) and additional internal and external stakeholders. I was responsible for the concept, storyboarding, illustrations, animation and closed captioning.
